Yearbook package deals are valid until October 8th. Prices go up to $100 on Monday, Oct. 11, 2010.

Connect with 2011 theme. All students must write a possible opening for this year. Look at closing samples. Work on deadline 1 layouts.

Confirm babysitting responsibilities for Tuesday evening. Assign specialty pages. Each student must create as close to an exact layout of one of the following dps. Use existing photos on the black or grey boxes. Students may elect to take their own photos. Placeholder text may be used for captions only. Headings and subheadings must be created. Use of black tool lines, reversed lines, dominant photos, color swatches and vertical or horizontal bars, cobs, and other speciality techniques like layering transparencies are expected. Students should use In Design, but they may elect to use Jostens online and must save their layouts in the Practice Pages and will be graded Tuesday, 10/11/2010 through Wednesday, 10/12/2010. Assignment value = 200 points.

Collect field trip permit, vehicle, and disclaimer forms from Enrique Lopez, Marissa Hanson, and Mary Judkins. Lens cap and saver purchased. Be sure to sign calendar and photo sign up sheets when using cameras. Give brief tutorial on using telephoto lens.
